The name of the village is called Taung Ba. This is a village with 278 families and there are 1000 people living in the village. They have the electricity in the village. But the voltage of the electricity is so low. So, they can not pump up very well. And the village needs a lot of water per day. And they requested our solar system. It pumps over 1500 gallons of water per hour and the tube-well is 680 feet deep. They distribute water by the pipeline and the village people have to pay one unit of water for 500 Kyats. And the village needs 20000 gallons of water per day. Now they have our solar water system, and it covers more than half of their daily need for water. The solar system can pump in 7 hours a day. Our system works 9:00 O’clock in the morning until 4 O’clock in the evening. So, it works 7 hours per day. The rest they pump up with electricity.
