We visited Beate school on 3rd of November together with Ko Naing. The school is in good shape. But some glass sheets of the window are missing. This school is now a branch- high school. Now they have preschool to Grade 12. At the beginning of the year, they had one Grade 12 student. Because of the need of teachers, this one goes and studies at a private school in Nyaung U. This year we have 166 children with 13 teachers. This time the new head of the village came to meet me. The headmistress went to the office in Nyaung U. We talk about our solar water system. The village has electricity. But it is not reliable. They want to have a solar water system. But their pump has a bigger power of 10 Hp and the tube well is deeper which has 1080 feet.
