The name of the village is called Kun Pha Lar. This is a village with 142 Families and there are 650 people living in the village. They have electricity in the village. But the electricity line voltage was so low and not really qualified. So, they cannot pump up the water with electricity. They cannot pump in the daytime because of the very low voltage. So, they request our solar system. It pumps over 2200 gallons of water per hour and the tube-well is 620 feet deep. They distribute water by the pipeline and the village people have to pay one unit of water for 500 Kyats. And the village needs 18000 gallons of water per day. Our solar water system covers almost all of their daily needs. The rest of the time they use electricity to pump up the water. The solar system can pump in 7 hours a day. Our system works 9:00 o’clock in the morning until 4 o’clock in the evening. The water quality of this tube well is not that good, but it is their only water source.
